Is it safe to take 50mg of zinc daily for acne?
I’m 17, with really bad acne, and I just wanted to make sure that taking this amount is safe, or if I should take it every other day instead?
Please don’t answer if you’re only guessing.

Too much zinc will totally make you puke if you don’t take it with a heap of food. Use chelated zinc. It’s made to do its job better and with less of the puking.
Taking supplements without talking to your doctor is not recommended. Taking too much of some supplements can lead to serious illness.
